Meter and gauge

Today I discussed you vehicle meter and gauge system
Vehicle have many meter and gauge which are generate measurement
Some meter and gauge's are

• Tachometer

• Speedometer

• Fuel receiver gauge

Tachometer are used for how many speed at the time of Engine this data send to the car ECM and ECM calculated the data.tachometer is many more types one is fully 360° some tachometer are 180° asper design🚙

Speedometer are used for how many speed wheel rotate,at the time and this data send to to the car ECM ,because some system are depended on this information like ABS ,because abs calculated the cehicle wheel speed at different condition and easy to signify that🚙

Fuel receiver gauge are used for seen the display on combination meter how much quantity of fuel have a car fuel tank,for easily determined the how much kilometre run the vehicle and easily top up the fuel on pump

Some time vehicle fuel gauge meter show on cluster meter car have a fuel but car cannot be start these situation check the tank if it is accidental damage this situation check the tank and float  both as per repair manual,some time cluster meter wrong show some internal problem about fuel capasity,know  more about car meter and gauge 

Vehicle some Part have a different type name

ECM  - 32bit operating system type

Throttle/accelerator padel-noncontact type
Cam/cam position sensor-pick up coil type
 Coolant temperature sensor-thermister type

Abs sensor-Hall IC type
Condenser with receiver drier- Multiflow type

Accelerator padel and throttle body these have a 2 hall IC circuit which are receive and send data from ECM ,if any circuit open or cut vehicle ideal condition knocking and some time ideal running  condition automatically goes off🚙
Today we have problem,vehicle speedometer not working why?I checked some recommended circuit fuse it's ok condition but I checked this circuit earthing ,then see earthing is cut so,i fitted earthing properly and then test a car and problem is gone,car speedometer working normally

Some day ago one car have a problem,problem is car accelerator padel press but not speed the car I checked the car with diagnostic tool and I found some wiring issue,basically car accelerator padel connected through car ECM with throttle body when we pressed accelerator padel vehicle speed goes up and when we release this goes down the speed so accelerator padel and throttle body both have a 2hall IC circuit which generate the current flow as per need if any connection problem then totally system off does not operate normally or throttle valve site out a kit kit noise this happend actually when connection problem,I checked this wearing and found 1 wearing cut in the throttle body side which are send data to the car ECM and I finally repair them and problem solved
So this is a more small problem I discussed about this topic,some time more complicated problem,I discussed with you  hope it is liked you..
